People & Organization (HR) Business Partner Job Description People & Organization (HR) Business Partner Novartis 85 %:

Your key responsibilities:
With a constant focus on People and Culture, Organization and Talent, your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Contribution to the development of a country/regional P&O agenda, and aligned with the global P&O strategy. Implement and adapt regional P&O plan in country organization. Manage the efficient implementation of P&O processes and programs across the region (i.e. Recruitment/ Selection, Rewards, Learning, Performance Management, Talent Management, Organization Development, Engagement) in collaboration with the respective COEs. Also manage the development of plans, ensuring optimal resource allocation Provide change management support to transformation and restructuring efforts. Manage various P&O Projects.

Partner with senior leaders to prepare the organization for the future Operationalize implementation plans at region/country/functional level Provide coaching to leaders and leadership teamsIn this position you will report to the Head of P&O for Novartis Pharma Italy.

What youll bring to the role:


Degree in Economics, Law or Political Science Minimum 7 years of experience in HR Fluent English International experience in a People and Organization business partnering role Interactions with senior management, comfort in managing complexity Stakeholder Conceptual thinking, comfort with ambiguity and ability to maneuver in a highly matrix, international set up Why Novartis 769 million lives were touched by Novartis medicines in, and while were proud of this, we know there is so much more we could do to help improve and extend peoples lives.
