The Team:

The position will be part of the local Marketing team.

The position will bring digital expertise to the team in order to ensure effective, creative and efficient implementation of brand strategies and plans, with a focus specifically on Digital Marketing, by working with Brand Managers, Visual Merchandising team, Sales teams and external agencies.


What Your Impact Will Be:


Digital Media Campaigns

  • Execute, monitor & facilitate digital media campaigns across brands, both on adults and kids target
  • Deployment of digital strategy in cooperation and alignment with local Brand Team, Regional Team, local and regional agencies.
  • Media Reporting: analysis and monitoring of main KPIs for all media plans
  • Budget administration

E-retailer Content Management

  • Content strategy for eretailers in alignment with the regional guidelines
  • Execute, monitor & facilitate brand and products content on major eretailers
  • Eretailer media strategy implementation in order to support conversion
  • Media performance measurement

CRM

  • Communication strategy and calendar development in alignment and with cooperation of local brand team
  • DEM design management in collaboration with the external agency
  • CRM data / results monitoring

Foster local digital capabilities

  • Drive thought leadership by sharing actionable insights from various sources
  • Support digital activation activities and test & learn projects in the market as needed

What We're Looking For:


Education and Experience

  • University degree in Economics, Business Administration or any other related field (Bachelor/ Master/ Diploma), Online Marketing Diploma or specific mention on Digital.
  • Minimum 2 years in online marketing, digital media preferably within an FMCG company, Fashion industry, Consumer Electronics or media agency
  • Fluent in Italian and English
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills with
    focus on Excel
