ABOUT WHIRLPOOL CORPORATION

This role in summary:

Support the Sales Strategy and Operations Senior Manager in driving the implementation and the roll-out of the Commercial Programs either at central or at market level

Your responsibilities will include:

Oversee business analytics and insights
Selectively provide markets with adhoc support on Trade Marketing, Account Planning and Commercial Policy
Support Manager in building and maintaining Blueprint of all elements of Whirlpool Commercial framework
Project management. Development and installation of critical commercial processes
Provide timely support to the Senior Manager and to Local Teams in their daily routines
Help to prepare and deliver materials for regular review meetings and stakeholder communications
Build Commercial training
Leads, coordinates and defines crosscountry enablers and facilitates cross cultural learning
Colead countries assessment with Senior Manager to evaluate & define priorities for country activation
Identify and share Best Practices (both internal and external)

Minimum requirements:

Bachelor /Master's degree
Previous experience in a similar role
Project management and change management skills
Fluent written and spoken English
Excellent communication skills
Analytical skills and Critical Thinking

Preferred skills and experiences:

Previous experience in trade marketing will be considered a plus
Very good knowledge of Microsoft office suite
