Do you enjoy dynamic workdays, are you willing to travel and work in different areas within Germany? We are looking for a Station Manager Springer (m/f/d) who is a specialist in all aspects related to our camper rental stations and can provide support in various locations during busy periods, holidays, or when needed due to sickness.

What will you be doing?

• Expert in all station tasks ensuring daily operations run smoothly following FreewayCamper guidelines
• Create staff schedules based on bookings, ensure team motivation and expertise
• Manage camper preparation for upcoming bookings including verification, cleaning, and equipment setup
• Welcome customers, deliver professional vehicle introductions, and guarantee top-notch customer experiences. You will be the reason our customers start their vacations with a smile on their face. :-)
• Fleet management on-site: handling damages, technical checks, maintenance coordination, spare parts ordering, preparation, and vehicle sales support

Kindly note: You will be onsite for 2 weeks at one of our German stations, followed by 1 week at home. Travel and accommodation expenses will be covered by FreewayCamper.

Your qualifications

We value your enthusiasm and experience in customer interactions. The following are required for this role:

• Completed training or studies in areas like transportation, logistics, quality management, automotive, tourism, business administration, or similar fields (career changers are welcome)
• Service-oriented mindset putting customer satisfaction above all
• Ability to stay calm under pressure, think critically, and excellent organizational skills
• Flexibility, innovative thinking, and a hands-on approach
• Commitment to quality standards
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays*
• Driver's license class B and readiness to travel
• Fluency in English or German
*Additional compensation offered for Sunday and holiday shifts
