N_obel Biocare Italiana, based in Milan, part of Envista group and operating in the Dental field, is looking for an Events Specialist to be included in the Training&Education and Events Team.

Responsibilities:

Provide valid support during the organization of local activities like congresses, seminars, training courses for the whole organizational process
Direct contact with customers and potential customers
Direct contact with the specific Regional Sales Manager and Territory managers for local activites
Monitoring the marketing expenses/budget assigned to the specific Regional Sales Manager assigned
Support to the manager for specific projects
The normal secretarial activities necessary for the optimal functioning of the service to provide
Requirements:_
Fluent in English and Italian is mandatory
Previous experience in Events organization
High school diploma
MS office
Flexibility
Detail oriented
Capability to work in Team
Availability to travel in Italy (710 days per year)
