On behalf of an esteemed customer, luxury brand, We are recruiting the following profile, to join their Team in Montenapoleone


WATCHES & JEWELRY
DEPUTY MANAGER/ LUXURY BRAND /MILAN (Montenapoleone)

Responsibilities:


  • Support the Store Manager in the conduction of the Flagship Store
  • Team Management (about 5 people Staff)
  • Be a Brand Ambassador and represent the Core Values of the Brand
  • Build a strong customer experience
  • Setting performance targets and driving department productivity and profitability
  • Ensure that customer service and the store environment are always presented at the optimum level
  • Produce reports and specific analysis
  • Fluent spoken English and Italian

At least 5 years in managerial role for Luxury Brands:

  • Passion and knowledge of the managed product category
  • Passionate about luxury/fashion, art and design
  • Business driven and detailed oriented
  • Team player with the ability to lead and influence peers
  • Confident, enthusiastic and positive
  • Problem solving
