    Job Opportunity: Global Total Rewards Manager


    The role of the Global Total Rewards Manager is a crucial part of our human resources team, responsible for overseeing global compensation and benefits processes. This position offers a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic team, driving business growth and development through strategic total rewards initiatives.



    • C Coordinate and lead various compensation activities and processes, including the Annual Reward Cycle, promotions, LTI grants and other incentive programs.
    • P Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams to design and implement global compensation concepts and programs that ensure competitiveness in the global talent market.
    • R Work closely with peers to ensure a holistic view of Total Rewards, encompassing benefits, global mobility, job evaluations and more.


    This role requires excellent interpersonal skills combined with strong attention to detail. A proven track record in managing complex total rewards projects is essential. Proficiency in tools like Workday (Advanced Compensation) is highly valued.
