Junior Communications Specialist

You will be working in the Project team in Milan and you will be directly involved in key and Strategic projects for the Bank.

As a communications specialist, you will play an important role integrating different corporate values and spreading the corporate culture within and outside the organization.

Within the dedicated team you will be responsible for:

advise our business partners, including the HR, Marketing and Branch Senior Management on their communications, including helping them determine the appropriate delivery channels

- develop, manage and report on the development and execution of creative activation ideas
- provide guidance on appropriate communication tools and delivery channels, offering support for projects and initiatives
- create integrated communication concepts and implement them
- design and organize internal events for supporting employees engagement
- liaise with colleagues around the world for local adaptation of central projects and sharing best practices
- interest in employee engagement, finance sector, investment products and economic research
- able to run communications projects independently, keeping close contact with business partners
- excellent communicator, able to convey complex ideas in a simple comprehensive way
- solution-orientated and accustomed to tight deadlines
- flair for writing with a keen eye for detail
- fluent in Italian and sound command of English

We offer a 6-month fixed-term contract that can be extended

Gross annual salary: 31K

Based in Milan
