student/fresh graduate in Law, Economics or Management Engineering?
Do you speak
fluent Italian, English and German?

We are looking for
brilliant students/fresh graduates with a strong passion for the
Automotive sector and the right motivation to take on a 6 month
Internship in a
dynamic and
international context based in our People & Culture Department at our Sant'Agata Bolognese headquarters.

The project will focus on supporting the staff at Lamborghini involved in:

  • Support in employee life-cycle activities (in administrative, contractual, training fields)
  • Support in recruiting
  • Support in the operative activities related to the management of HR tasks
  • Support in HR strategic projects
  • Overview of HR management processes

In order to meet these targets, you will need:

  • Fluent English, Italian and German
  • Enrolled in a Master's degree/graduated in Law, Economics or Management Engineering
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Analytical Skills
  • Target oriented
  • Proactive attitude
  • Team working
  • Good communication skills.
