What you'll do:

You will join the team of IT Service in the management of distributed asset analysis software and technical support performance, reporting directly to the IT Services Manager; You will have the opportunity to be involved in implementation and project management activities, in the support and improvement the activities of the help desk and technical laboratory teams.

You will have to consolidate our technology platforms and to develop plans for all system designs and system architecture changes.

Who you are:
You haveat least 5 years of experience in the same role; You have a degree in Engineering or Computer Science; You have excellent knowledge of Microsoft MEM/SCCM and Intune Windows/Linux/MacOS client and server operating systems, Microsoft Excel and Access, DB MSSQL/Oracle; You are proactive, flexible, innovative, determined; You know work in a team, create projects, manage people; You are proficient in English and Italian, both spoken and written

You also have:
Basic development software (MSDos, C++, Java ) and basic knowledge of:
scripting Languages (DOS,Powershell,VBA); Mobile operating systems iOS / Android.
