Job summary
We are looking for a qualified professional willing to be part of our Melt Shops Customer Service Team with strong passion for technology and motivation to work within a multicultural and challenging environment.We will ensure the correct management of after sales activities taking care of the customer's needs and providing him with valuable solutions in terms of spare parts technical assistances and modernizations with the aim to improve plant conditions and performance.
The candidate will take responsibility of the following activities:
- Address customer issues and coordinate troubleshooting activities
- Generate customer service leads through regular visits and communications with customers
