A Snapshot of Your Day

As a back-office order manager, you willsupport actively the order management team in reaching our company's goals bymanaging different orders' administrative tasks while maintaining close contactwith all factory's stakeholders throughout the order life cycle.

How You'll Make an Impact

You will directly support the ordermanager in keeping close control and follow up of technical and qualitydocuments issuance and approval;
You will participate in factory's qualitygates and properly manage and track all open issues to guarantee their closure;
You will actively support in thepreparation of customers' documentation and quality dossier to meet factory'scontractual requirements;
You will occasionally support in themanagement of factory's customer while in our facilities.

What You Bring

Businessfluent English and Italianlanguage skills.
Good collaboration and time managementskills;
A flexible and an openminded approach;
A structured way of thinking
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suitewith a focus on Excel.
