    Per la Struttura Strategie di Gruppo ricerchiamo Strategy & Business Development Analyst da inserire in Ferrovie dello Stato Italiane S.p.A. sulla sede di Roma .

    La Struttura Strategie di Gruppo assicura l'individuazione di obiettivi e priorità strategiche per il Gruppo e partecipa alla definizione strategica delle possibili aree di evoluzione dei servizi di mobilità e di logistica anche in un'ottica integrata, di servizi di infrastruttura e di servizi immobiliari.

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    La persona prescelta inserendosi all'interno di un team di professionisti sarà impegnata nelle seguenti attività:

  • Supporto al Responsabile nella definizione delle linee guida strategiche di Gruppo nell'ambito del processo di definizione del piano industriale
  • Market intelligence e benchmarking, con costante monitoraggio delle dinamiche competitive dei settori in cui il Gruppo opera con responsabilità di aggiornamento di database con informazioni economico-finanziarie e operative delle aziende concorrenti a livello nazionale e internazionale
  • Supporto al Responsabile nella definizione e nell'implementazione della strategia di portafoglio del Gruppo nei diversi business gestiti
  • Business intelligence e analisi delle performance di Gruppo in ottica di identificazione delle priorità strategiche di medio-lungo termine
  • Attività di analisi di scenario
  • Individuazione, valutazione della fattibilità preliminare, implementazione e monitoraggio delle iniziative di business development/trasformazione rilevanti di Gruppo e nelle attività di definizione, implementazione e monitoraggio dei progetti speciali di Società e di Gruppo
  • Analisi del posizionamento strategico del Gruppo nei business gestiti al fine di valutare eventuali iniziative di crescita per linee esterne (es. operazioni straordinarie)
  • Coordinamento di Gruppi di Lavoro interfunzionali

    • REQUISITI RICHIESTI

  • Laurea magistrale in discipline economiche e/o ingegneristiche
  • Esperienza pregressa di almeno 5 anni per il ruolo da Senior e almeno 3 anni per il ruolo da Junior maturata in Grandi Gruppi Industriali e/o società di consulenza su tematiche di corporate strategy e transportation
  • Buona conoscenza di business planning, analisi statistica e modellazione scenari, pianificazione e monitoraggio progetti complessi
  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese

    • SOFT SKILLS

    Completano il profilo: analisi, problem solving, visione sistemica, story telling, team working, flessibilità e commitment.
