About the Role

The resource has the responsibility for managing technical training activities of staff and client companies.

Main responsibilities will be:

• Performing technical training on site or at customer sites on specific product lines;

• Interfacing with internal technical entities for information gathering with educational purposes;

• Drafting technical guides and operating instructions for Knowledge Center portal;

• Managing activities and participation in internal events for product promotional support.

What You Need to be Successfull

The ideal candidate possesses:

• Solid experience (min. 7 years) in technical assistance or customer service roles in the ceramic or automation sectors;

• A technical diploma and skills in electrical, electronic or mechanical fields;

• Good knowledge of written and spoken English is required (possible second language Spanish);

• Knowledge of the main Office package applications

• Willingness to travel abroad for short periods of time (20% of the time);

The profile is completed by: good communication and interpersonal skills, customer and result orientation, accuracy, good adaptability.
