Supporting for Identifying, mapping, analysing and maintaining updated all the information, market player and Regulatory Framework in SEE Countries of operation- Identify and maintaining strong relationships with Relevant Agencies representatives in SEE Countries of operation and supporting coordination with them
- Attending meeting with local counterparts as well as TSO/DSO/Ministries/Agencies
- Supporting the expansion plans across SEE Countries in line with Regulatory Framework also supporting and coordinating with Company legal department.
- Streamline and formulate robust legal/regulatory opinion for new projects/strategy with aim to ensure statutory adherence and mitigate regulatory risk exposure
- Identify possibly source of public (national/international) funds and subsides
- Supporting on regulatory procedures and documentation elaboration submitted to authorities to ensure conformity with laws and regulations.
- Interpreting national and international laws, rulings, and regulations for the development/operation of energy projects/services (RES, BESS, grid connection, interconnection lines, ancillary services, ect), in relation with the determination of appropriate regulatory model for energy project development and operation
- Monitoring legal and regulatory risks and compliance with obligations from licences documents.
- Supporting the engagement with public authorities in relation to regulatory matters.
- Ensures that regulatory and legal matters regarding the development/operation process are fulfilled and delivered on time
- Supporting for Identifying energy offtake opportunities and PPA RFPs, in relation with Regulatory framework
- Supporting the finance team to set up financial modelling of projects with the goal of achieving a comprehensive and realistic financial expectations
- Weekly and Monthly Report elaboration
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Economy, Engineering, Business Administration, Political Sciences, and related fields
- At least 5 years in similar position
- Knowledge of renewable energy, utility, and market in SEE
- Knowledge of local renewable energy development rules and regulation including but not limited to solar/wind legislation and guidelines, tax issues
- Analytical skills to collate and generate reports for projects.
- Fluency in English is considered s mandatory.
- Fluency in SEE language is considered an upside.
- Outstanding knowledge of Office 365 and reporting suites
