DIGITAL CONSUMER CARE INTERNSHIP

This is an Internship Program dedicated to students and recent graduates who want to make their first step in a multinational company, within the digital care and review area.

Mission:

In this role you will support the Digital Care and Review team to deliver a great consumer service experience.

The Digital Care and Review Team is the first point of contact when a consumer needs support with their appliances or requires information about product featuring pre or post purchase.

You will be oriented to accelerate Electrolux responses to user generated content such as reviews and product questions.

Your main tasks:

Respond to the questions asked by consumers about our products
Interact with consumer by responding to their posts and reviews about our products
Personalize the interaction with the consumers by improving their satisfaction
Provide solutions that best fits consumers' needs, giving them fair and balanced advice while taking the opportunity to explore products and solutions that will enhance their ownership experience

- are students or recent graduates
- have excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- are fluent in English and Italian - any other languages will be an asset

Empathetic, good listener with strong attention to details

We are based in Assago (Milan) in a modern office with colleagues dedicated to different functions such as Finance and Controlling, Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, HR, etc.
