What we are looking for The candidate, as a part of the Team Retail & Local Application of the local IT area, will report to the Italy Application Manager and will be responsible for manage, support deployment and maintenance the applicationservices used within the Amplifon Italia Spa.

He/she assesses and handles local applications monitoring, leveraging KPIs Operation with the aim to guarantee high performance of local application systems, developing problem management and service improvement plans.

According to the IT Delivery team, defines the Target Operating Model for new applications. Provides support to Delivery Team, which may include involvement in feasibility, design, testing, and implementation.


What you'll need Skills/Requirements:


Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent is required; Acquired experience in the ICT area of about 3-5 years with a focus in the Applications Operation and with successful experience managing major, complex applications development projects; Empathy and strong attitude in team working; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Solid problem solving with the ability to solve both technical and operational problems; Ability to produce and maintain necessary documentation; Excellent customer service and project management skills; Knowledge of EAI principles and practices; Fluent English is required; Experience in retail or health care is preferred; Knowledge of Salesforce and/or Oracle CX is a nice to have.
