The Opportunity
We're looking for a Retention Marketing Assistant to join our Digital Store team based in Brugherio (MB).


Your Impact
Reporting to the Supervisor Performance & Retention, you will


provide comprehensive execution support to the Retention Marketing team to execute Retention Marketing activities within the assigned area of Customer Life Stage (Lead Generation, New Name Retention, Loyalty / Existing Customer Retention, Churn Prevention & Reactivation).


Your main responsibilities will be:


  • Set up the needed campaigns following the directions supplied by Retention Marketing Specialists for the different lifecycles and channels
  • Control the correct execution of the campaigns' delivery
  • Support controlling campaign results into the Retention Marketing platforms and reports
  • Support creating creative briefs for Retention Marketing campaigns following the directions supplied by Retention Marketing Specialists
  • Support presenting data and results for Retention Marketing campaigns following the directions supplied by Retention Marketing Supervisor
  • Execute actions for daily requests as directed by the Retention Marketing Specialists

What You Bring:


  • Degree in Marketing or equivalent
  • Good organizational skills


  • Accountability

  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail is essential
  • Ability to prioritize work effectively, is flexible in approach, work with minimum supervision and work to tight deadlines.
  • Good level of computer literacy with excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Good communication and Interpersonal skills both written and verbal skills need to be strong
  • Numerical skills, accuracy and attention to detail, that will be tested during recruitment process
