Global Graduate Leadership Development Programme

During each placement, you will be immersed into real life job roles, providing the perfect stepping stone into your permanent role and long term career within Spirax Group.
Whether your passion lies in commercial or manufacturing excellence, you'll gain hands-on experience across diverse business areas, working on real-world challenges that impact our customers, whilst staying at the forefront of digitisation and sustainable solutions.
Through solution selling and innovating, our customers are our key focus and will become yours.
We're looking for ambitious graduates with a minimum score of 90 (or equivalent) in a degree related to Science, Technology, Engineering, Maths or Business and eligibility to work permanently within the UK without requiring a visa.
You will be someone who is eager to grow, learn, and lead. You'll be supported by a strong network of mentors, peers, and leaders, all committed to your success.

The programme
will start in October 2026
and you will be
based in Nova Milanese (MB), Italy.
Whilst offering a hybrid work pattern, we highly value the importance of learning through networking and collaboration and therefore require all applicants to relocate to Milan for the duration of the programme.

Key Requirements
· A minimum score of 90 within a STEM or Business degree
· Full eligibility to work in the Italy, without requiring a visa now or in the future. We are unable to support candidates on Student or Graduate visas.
· Willingness to relocate to Milan, Italy.
· Ability to be able to confidently communicate in Italian and English.
