Valmet is looking for a detail-oriented Import & Export Specialist to join our team in Calderara di Reno, Bologna office on a 1-year temporary contract for handle inbound and outbound shipments, customs topics and export compliance

Your Key Responsibilities:

Comply with the origin of goods, preferential origin, dualuse and their customs tariff codes;
Manage inbound and outbound shipments for Aftermarket and New Projects
Negotiate rates with the forwarders, place POs, check the supplier invoices
Handle shipping documents including commercial invoices
Organize export and import shipments for customer service and new project
Controll invoices payable and customs documents

To succeed in this role you should have:

Degree or Diploma
Previous experience in at least 1 years Shipping and Logistic Office
Fluent spoken and written Italian and English
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills
Problem solving skills
Able to work under pressure and strong time management skills
Ability to prioritize and deal the urgencies
