    Job Title: Sales Manager Leisure

    Castelfalfi, a luxury hospitality destination in Tuscany, is seeking a highly talented Sales Manager Leisure to join our passionate team.

    Main Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Work closely with our Director of Sales to contribute to our leisure strategy, build relationships with team members, and propose new customers and agencies.
    • Liaise with main accounts to drive business and increase market share through FAM trips.
    • Investigate new opportunities aligned with market trends and identify innovative solutions.
    • Utilize various prospecting resources to secure new business for the hotel.
    • Qualify group business to generate rooms and catering revenue, impacting RevPar performance.
    • Create and execute account plans to ensure maximum revenue and budgeted targets are achieved.
    • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and direct sales goals.

    Requirements:

    • Fluent in English language.
    • At least 2 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
    • Excellent speaking, listening, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to work effectively independently and as a team.
    • Diplomacy and ability to deal with management, clients, and team.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
    • Excellent negotiation skills.
