The purpose of the role is to guarantee the functionality and updating of all the management tools used on the job order with the central account team, supervise the performance of the KPIs and report it to the site and service managers.

Together with the Security coordinator, he will take care of the management of the access control and security systems, acting as a back-up in case of need.

Will carry out scouting activities for new regulations or updates of all services performed by CBRE on behalf of Tetra Pak Main responsabilities:

Obtain and organize all information required for the crafts to perform the work:
job plans, drawings, vendor manual, supplemental instructional materials, special procedures, and other file material which is appropriate. This constitutes the Job Package, which is approved and ready for Scheduling.

Approach all aspects of the work to be performed with safety as the highest priority, in accordance with the CBRE Environmental, Health and Safety Policy.

To ensure the work alsocomplies with all local legislative requirements, quality standards, sustainability and energy efficiency related procedures. Keep accurate metrics on the performance of planning functions and provide timely reports to the Site Manager as required.

Continuously improve the job packages by receiving feedback from technicians, maintenance supervisors, maintenance leads, production supervisors, engineers, production planners, and customers.

Act as the focus for future work(work that has not been started) in order to provide the Maintenance Department with at least one week of work backlog that is planned and ready to execute Maintain secure file system based on equipment tag/asset ID numbers.

This will enable planners to utilize equipment data and information learned on previous work to prepare and improve work plans, especially on repetitive maintenance tasks.
