    Work description:collect business requests, prepare ticketcoordinate activity between outsourcer and HW suppliersmonitor the delivery and the service level of the outsourcerattend P0/P1 war rooms and evaluate RCAsguarantee the quality of the asset managementact as interface between outsourcer and end users support
