We are looking for a
Customer Service Specialist to be included in the
European Wholesale Customer Service team, based in Diesel HQ in
Breganze.

The person will provide support to the team in managing the customer portfolio and will be responsible for monitoring the order processes, from the moment of insertion to delivery.

He/she will provide continuous operational support to customers by coordinating with the sales network in the territory.


Main Responsibilities:


  • Ensuring that the entire order fulfillment process, up to the delivery of goods to the customer, is carried out in the most efficient and satisfactory manner, respecting guidelines and deadlines.
  • Handling any reports regarding the quality of the product or deliveries, interfacing with logistics or production.
  • Managing returns and credit notes to the customer, interfacing with management control to ensure they are aligned with the budget expectations.
  • Actively interfacing with the Finance department regarding credit management and/or billing activities.
  • Ensuring a continuous and thorough flow of communication with customers, sales, and other business functions.
  • Ensuring that all requests, questions, issues reported by customers and colleagues are addressed promptly and that the service provided has the highest level of efficiency.
  • Actively collaborating with all company departments, particularly with credit control, logistics, management control, and of course, sales.

Job Requirements:


  • 3 + years of previous experience in similar roles, preferably within fashion / luxury industry;
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organizational skills, precision and a resultsoriented approach;
  • Advanced knowledge of the Office package, especially Microsoft Excel.


We are looking for a multi-language speaker Excellent knowledge of English and Italian is a must, any additional European language (French, German, Spanish) will be considered a strong plus.
