Aligned to this goal, we offer a hybryd working policy, allowing employees to work 9 days/month remotely.What we are looking for**Amplifon is looking for a motivated Store Operations Specialist within Italy Retail Excellence team, directly reporting into the Store Operations Manager.

He/she will focus on the store operations (part of the sales process) aiming to increase their efficiency and effectiveness through the review/ improvement of key tools, processes and procedures.

The main service level KPIs will be the benchmark to lead and evaluate the change (ticket number, on time, quality,...).


The main activities will be related to:

  • Data Monitoring/analysis (e.g., ticket number, SLA,...)
  • Define areas of improvement
  • Define actions/projects required and drive their execution
  • Continuous improvement of dashboards
  • Point of contact for the corporate team
  • External supplier management: KPI and SLA improvement
  • Knowledge Base review and availability
  • Communication with sales force/network
