Requirements:

Assist the Head Chef in managing the kitchen brigade in creating and preparing menus
Coordinate food production and control food quality, taste and presentation of dishes
Ensure adherence to all health, safety and security procedures
Collaborate with all F&B departments: Restaurant, Banqueting, Room Service, Bar
Compliance with quality and service standards

Competencies required:

Effective communication, emotional intelligence and adaptability
Strong leadership skills
Global perspective: treat one another with respect and inclusiveness regardless of position, level or background
Flexibility regarding hours is essential, including willingness to work weekends, holidays and evenings
Ability to work under pressure
Strong motivation and passion for the job with the ability to adapt to a dynamic and challenging environment

Other requirements:

Minimum 3 years' experience in the same role in a fine dining restaurant
Fluent in Italian and workgin knowledge of English preferred
Outstanding leadership skills
Flexibility and excellent efficiency in working under pressure
