    Descrizione del Lavoro:

    Rispondi al Site Manager, supervisiona le attività in cantiere evidenziando eventuali criticità tecniche e organizzative del team di Gruppo. Collabora con la Direzione Lavori per le attività di competenza.

    1. Sorveglia i lavori in conformità delle prescrizioni stabilite nel capitolato speciale di appalto. Assicura il controllo quotidiano durante il periodo di svolgimento dei lavori che richiedono controllo.
    2. Verifica i documenti di accompagnamento delle forniture di materiali per assicurare che siano conformi alle prescrizioni e approvati dalle strutture di controllo qualità del fornitore.
    3. Controlla la regolare esecuzione dei lavori da parte dei subappaltatori con riguardo ai disegni e alle specifiche tecniche contrattuali.
    4. Fornisce assistenza per l'esecuzione dei controlli e dei campionamenti per le prove di laboratorio e assiste alle prove in sito.
    5. Predispone gli atti contabili e esegue le misurazioni necessarie per la quantificazione dei lavori.

    Obiettivi Principali:

    Gestisci l'esecuzione delle attività di costruzione in cantiere, rispettando norme di salute e sicurezza, qualità, tempi e costi previsti per il progetto.

    Requisiti Per Il Ruolo:

    1. Diploma di Geometra o Laurea in Ingegneria Civile con abilitazione alla professione.
    2. Aver maturato almeno 5 anni di esperienza lavorativa in imprese di costruzione o infrastrutture ed aver ricoperto per almeno 2-3 anni il ruolo di Ispettore di Cantiere.
    3. Capacità di compilazione degli atti contabili e di verifica della qualità dei materiali secondo le norme tecniche d'appalto.
