THE POSITION:


In this role you will be joining the Facility Management & Real Estate team and he/she will reports to the Team Coordinator.

He/she will be part of a dynamic environment with a personal growth and development program.


Tasks & responsibilities:


  • Acting as a key referral for the for contractors and external suppliers, responsible to properly manage third parties' contracts;
  • Oversees all building operations, including repairs, refurbishments, and the maintenance of mechanical, electrical, fire, plumbing systems;
  • Buildings' structures inspection to determine the need for repairs or renovation relative to systems, structure and fornitures;
  • Technical support during internal renovation projects;
  • Building management system monitoring to ensure correct systems operation and setting;
  • Manage emergency requests of intervention from internal customer in a proactive and empathetic way

Requirements:


  • Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Autocad and project management tools
  • Continuous improvement and quality orientation
  • Good analytical and organizational skills
  • Good level of English and Italian
