Which is why InterContinental Rome Ambasciatori Palace is looking for a Cocktail Bar Waiter/Waitress that helps the Barman to make every guest experience truly memorable.

A little taste of your day-to-day

Every day is different, but you'll mostly be:

Setting the tables
Organizing the Bar's mise en place
Greet and receive customers
Taking orders and being able to suggest drinks
Runner between kitchens & Bar to serve dishes to tables
Clean equipment and tables
Handle the bill and cash register if necessary
Coffee art expert
If necessary deliver room service meal
Acknowledging service standards and sequence of service
Perform a friendly yet discreet and unobtrusive service
Staying one step ahead of our guests' needs to anticipate requests
Understand all food and beverage items ordered, including ingredients, methods of preparation, and proper service. Focus on food allergies and intolerance
Using the POS system.
Observe and maintain the daily condition of all physical facilities and equipment in the restaurant, and public area and make recommendations for corrections and improvement as needed
Attend staff training
Reporting to Bar Manager / Mixologist
