Wir suchen nach enthusiastischen neuen Mitarbeitern, als Mutterschaftsersatz, für unser Graphic Arts Team.Video Content Creator (w/m/d)DEINE AUFGABENEnge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Team für Videoinhalte und anderen Abteilungen des Unternehmens bei der Entwicklung kreativer Konzepte, die den Kommunikationsbedürfnissen entsprechen und die Unternehmensrichtlinien für das Brandbook einhaltenErstellen und Herstellung von ansprechenden und hochwertigen Videos für verschiedene Zwecke (soziale Inhalte, Werbeinhalte, Interviews und Unternehmensvideos), die für verschiedene Kanäle und Plattformen (soziale Medien, E-Commerce, Websites, Newsletter, ...) optimiert sindLeitung des Videoproduktionsprozesses (in Zusammenarbeit mit Cutter, Set-Techniker und Dop)Vorproduktion: Recherche und Inspiration, Ermittlung von Erkenntnissen, Konzeption und Entwurf eines Storyboards (und ggf. eines Animationsfilms), Schreiben eines technischen Drehbuchs und eines endgültigen ArbeitsplansProduktion: Dreharbeiten, Regie und FotografiePostproduktion: Schnitt, Farbkorrektur/Grading und korrekter Export des Endprodukts (über Adobe Premiere, Adobe AfterEffects und, falls erforderlich, DaVinci Resolve)Erstellung von animierten 2D- und/oder 3D-GrafikenBearbeitung von Archivmaterial und/oder extern produziertem Videomaterial (z.
