Key Responsibilities:
Business Development &
Client Acquisition:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across luxury, fashion, hospitality, and events. Build tailored proposals that meet client needs.
Client Relationship Management:
Develop long-term partnerships with luxury brands and international event agencies, acting as a trusted advisor
Negotiation & Framework Agreements:
Lead contract negotiations and establish sustainable, win–win commercial agreements
Financial Oversight:
Manage event budgets, ensuring both profitability and premium quality standards
Strategic Planning:
Contribute to shaping the company's commercial strategy and aligning it with market opportunities
Brand Representation:
Represent the company at international fairs and industry events to enhance brand visibility and generate new leads.
Operational Collaboration (Added Value): Work closely with operations teams to oversee and support the logistics of high-profile events, ensuring seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
The Profile Master's degree from a leading business school. Minimum 8 years of experience in Business Development within B2 B services, ideally in the luxury sector. Deep understanding of the Italian luxury market and its dynamics. Proven ability to structure, drive, and execute a commercial strategy. Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and leadership skills.
