    *Seasonal Job - from March to October**Mission*: To ensure the proper functioning of the department during the night hours, taking care and guaranteeing the complete satisfaction and safety of the Guests.

    *Main responsibilities:

    • Know and manage all Front Office operations (check-in, check-out, cash operations, etc.), in full operational autonomy.
    • Carry out administrative closure activities, according to company policies and procedures.
    • Proactively identify and manage issues to prevent complaints from Guests
    • Ensure the health and safety of the hotel at night
    • Printing of arrivals and departures scheduled for the following day
    • Compilation of company reports and handover for the following morning's shift
    *What are we looking for?


    • Professional knowledge of the English language, knowledge of other foreign languages ​​will be considered a plus
    • Good knowledge of Opera PMS
    • Previous experience in the same position in hotels of the same category
    • Reliability, problem solving skills.
