We are looking for a Night Auditor for the next season 2024 to join our team. The ideal candidate is willing to provide authentic, luxury experiences in a world-renowned destination to our guests. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality and comfortable with challenges. He / she is willing to provide authentic and luxury experiences, demonstrating care, confidence, curiosity and community. He/She should have exceptional and exemplary customer service skills.

We are looking for genuinely enthusiastic personality, professional & hardworking with the highest standard of presentation and ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team. Ability to be adaptable, flexible and solution-focused and willing to grow professionally. Excellent command of English. Additional languages would be desirable.

Main duties & responsibilities:

• Deal with all Front Office operations (check in – check out – escorting - cashier operations) according to company policies, procedures and compliance with our code of conduct;
• Able to provide information/reservations about activities, etc;
• Coordinate Porters, Drivers and Security Staff according to Guest needs and company procedures;
• Process the closing/reopening operations of the day of the hotel, supervising the closure of all the outlets (restaurants, bars, spa, boutiques, etc.);
• Process of the daily reports to the administration and other main departments of the hotel;
• Assist our Guests with all the room service requests with the cooperation of bar/restaurants staff, and porters and security staff, when available.
• Handle emergencies according to the procedures.

Requirements

• Previous work experience in the same position;
• Fluent in English and Italian. A third language preferred;
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
• Good knowledge of the Region and products;
• Knowledge of hotel management software such as HMS-Infor or others, Microsoft Office , Excel , etc;
• References.
• You must possess the legal right to work in Italy / EU.
