    Our Solar Operations Team



    About the Role:


    We are seeking an experienced Solar Operations Engineer to join our team in Italy. As a key member of our operations group, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of solar power systems.



    Main Responsibilities:


    • Monitor and analyze system performance using SCADA platforms.

        • Data-Driven Decision Making:


        You will analyze data from monitoring tools like SCADA to identify areas for improvement and implement optimization strategies. Your knowledge of PV technology, AC/DC systems, and power electronics will help inform your decision-making process.



        Key Requirements:


        The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years' experience working in solar O&M or similar technical roles within Italy. A strong understanding of local regulations and safety standards for solar installations is also essential.​​
