    Chief Revenue Officer

    Your Mission

    We're looking for an enthusiastic Chief Revenue Officer to join our team, take full responsibility for all of the revenue-generating and customer-engagement activities, as well as manage the entire Sales and Marketing departments.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Driving consistent value in revenue-generating and customer-engagement activities (i.e., customer acquisition; sales and marketing in a broad sense, including pricing and packaging; sales strategy; and customer success strategy)
    • Developing, implementing, and overseeing sales, marketing, and customer success strategies and campaigns
    • Cooperating with other departments (such as Software Development, Product, and Finance) to connect the above-mentioned strategy with overall company goals and objectives
    • Having full ownership of all of the company's commercial performance reporting tools
    • Leading and mentoring the Sales and Marketing department providing guidance, support, and performance feedback to help the team achieve objectives, and deliver campaigns on time and to budget
    • Driving innovation and continuous improvement within the marketing team by using data analytics and metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, optimize performance, and make informed decisions

    Requirements

    • At least 10 years in Sales, of which 5 years as a Chief Revenue Officer, Commercial Director, or in another similar role with a proven track record of success
    • High proficiency in English
    • Experience with CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot)
    • Previous experience in scaling a SaaS to 40M ca
    • In-depth understanding of the following KPIs and dynamics: ROAS; onboarded-customers volume; market capture vs investment per geography; ARR vs Sales & Marketing spend; ARR volume and growth rate; net revenue retention rate; NPS
    • Experience in coordinating multiple small-sized sales and marketing teams in an empathetic and team-oriented way
    • Willingness to embrace the complexities of scaling, to get involved in operational tasks where necessary, and remarkable enthusiasm and willingness to support AccessiWay's growth

    Added Values

    • Previous experience in start-up, and scale-up working environments
    • Proficiency in Italian

    Location

    This position is based in Turin, with a hybrid work arrangement. You will be expected to work on-site at our headquarters for 2 days per week. The remaining days can be fulfilled remotely, offering flexibility while maintaining collaboration with our dynamic team.
