Responsibilities

• Coordinate a team of 3 ASPP at the main Amadori transformation plant in Cesena
• Promote and support the development of a safety culture at all levels of the company
• Manage and coordinate the activities of the Prevention and Protection Service
• Ensure compliance with production activities and legal requirements
• Facilitate communication within the facility

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental and Workplace Prevention Techniques, Engineering, or related fields
• Experience in industrial production environments, preferably in the food sector
• RSPP certification required by D. Lgs. 81/08
• Ability to train on workplace safety is a plus
• Knowledge of health and safety certification systems
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Conflict management skills
• Strong planning and prioritization skills
