National Patient Access Manager:


Role & Function
Ensure Patient Access for Sobi Portfolio at national level in Region MAGIC


Key Responsibilities

  • Execute National Access Strategies respectively to gain and maintain access to SOBI Products at launch and already in market along the life cycle of SOBI portfolio
  • Manage projects/tools/solutions and customize Global Pricing and HEQR
  • Deliveries to support National Access activities
  • Develop and/or customize Dossiers/HE Models/Tools for Regional/Local Access
  • Monitor the Scenario, from regulatory, competitive and institutional perspective in order to grant and maintain national access to SOBI portfolio (Focus Italy)
  • Support Greek team in the development of HTA Dossier and HEQR Tools
  • Be the reference point for Global Pricing and HEQR activities, including the management of Global Pricing tools (such as PRISMA) for Italy, Greece, Malta and Cyprus
    Qualifications
  • Graduated in Scientific area or Economics plus
  • Master in Health Economics or Management in Health Services (in Italy there are several valuable Masters of this Kind: MIMS Bocconi University in Milan; or LUISS in Rome; Or Università Cattolica in Rome; or Università del Piemonte Orientale in Piedmont
  • At least 35 years in the role in a Pharmaceutical Company as alternative could be a mix of Pharma Companies and Consultant Agency, always in the role
  • Fluent in Italian (mother tongue level) and in English
  • Experience in Pharmacoeconomics, especially Budget Impact Analys and Cost Effectivenes Analysis
  • Experience in writing Dossier of Price and Reimbursement

The position will be based in Milan, Italy.
