Posizione
Siamo alla ricerca di una persona da inserire nel team Accounting, che possa seguire le attività relative alla contabilità passiva.
La Persona Si Occuperà Principalmente Di
Curare e gestire i rapporti con i fornitori con riferimento agli aspetti legati alla fatturazione passiva;
Corretta imputazione dei codici IVA e verifica della documentazione fiscale;
Gestione delle ritenute d'acconto per professionisti;
Preparazione e gestione dei pagamenti fornitori;
Predisposizione e invio modelli F24 e F23;
Disposizione bonifici bancari e gestione operativa della tesoreria ordinaria;
Supporto agli adempimenti amministrativi periodici e alle chiusure mensili;
Archiviazione e controllo documentale contabile
Requisiti
La persona che cerchiamo:
E' appartenente alle Categorie Protette - Legge 68/99 - Art.1;
Diploma di Ragioneria o ha una laurea in discipline economiche;
Ha un' esperienza pregressa di almeno 2 anni in contabilità fornitori/amministrazione;
Ha una buona conoscenza della normativa IVA e delle ritenute d'acconto;
Ha una buona conoscenza del Pacchetto Office, in particolar modo di Excel;
E' precisa; organizzata e rispetta le scadenze;
Ha una attitudine al lavoro in team.
La sede di lavoro è Brescia ed è prevista la modalità in smart-working (due volte alla settimana), dopo un primo periodo di formazione.
