Now, we need to strengthen our team with a new supporting figure for sales and business activities. Working in an international team, you will be supporting the tender and proposal tasks, and administrative activities in general.


You will:

  • Communicate with customers regarding order workflow progress;
  • Handle continuous update of Sony data on key customers' supplier register;
  • Support the document collection for tenders by collaborating with the Sales and Legal team;
  • Support for

Local Events:
Registration desk, customer welcome, logistics organization for movement of demo equipment to and from the event, etc.;

  • Liaise with colleagues from various departments and prepare all necessary documentation for SAP purposes;
  • Coordinate daytoday operations and functions concerning the Rome office for the smooth running of the activities;
  • Handle office supplies and liaise with facility management for Rome Branch.

You have:

  • Proven experience in Sales Administration or Support, Secretarial, and office management activities;
  • Flexibility, passion, precision and quickness to adapt and act;
  • Experience of work in dynamic and constantly evolving environments;
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken) and Italian (written and spoken);
  • Experience in corporate environments;
  • You belong to _Categorie Protette L.68/99_
