Job Description The Business Practices Professionals play a critical role supporting the Managing Director and Leadership Team in ensuring ethical and compliant business practices are implemented and maintained at the local level.

Business Practices Professionals (Managers, Officers, Stewards, Leads) are an extension of the Ethics & Compliance Office and International Legal & Compliance and have accountability in their respective business units.

They are the operational experts and support the implementation of our company's global compliance program in their markets. The Business Practices Senior Specialist provides operational support to the Business Practices Manager.

Main responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Supporting the Business Practices Manager in daily activities to implement our company compliance frameworks for local business organizations (Policies, SOPs and Guidance) Helping the BPM to ensure consistent and effective compliance standards are in place in the organization Supporting the implementation of tracking /monitoring systems (e.g.

Pulse, ABC, Hiperos); Providing support to prepare for the Country Grants and Donations Committee Helping with regular audits fore HCP interactions Helping to prepare local training sessions on new and revised policies, processes and procedures.

Helping the BPM to ensure consistent and effective privacy processes; Making sure that attendance sheets for such trainings are tracked and stored appropriately Qualifications:
