MANIN
Our monumental office in Via Manin is where NGG was born. It is home to the creative, product and production functions of all the NGG brands. Here you will absorb the essence of the NGG DNA and feel the creative input for all cross-category collections.


THE ROLE
New Guards Group is looking for a Product Compliance Analyst to support in all phases of the drafting,

revision and updating of product compliance technical specifications across commercialized products.

You will respond to the Senior Product Compliance Manager and ensure Brand requirements; quality

requirements and international regulations are met across the NGG brands.


WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Support in the development of sample plans for raw materials and finished products that comply with the NGG brands requirement
  • Manage and analyze reports and KPIs
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external suppliers and laboratories providing feedback and resolving issues where necessary
  • Compile and update product certifications and product labels
  • Provide technical and regulatory support to the Customer Service and Legal team and other internal departments as required

WHO YOU ARE

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science or similar
  • Previous experience in a similar role preferable in a luxury fashion company
  • Excellent use and knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Good data analysis skills
  • Fluent in English written and spoken this will be tested in the interview process
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well under pressure
  • Ability to work proactively, independently on multiple projects under tight timeframes
  • Highly organized, flexible with the ability to adapt to a fastpaced everchanging environment
