Process EngineerFor our offices in Brugherio, we are looking for aJUNIOR PROCESS ENGINEERto report to the Operations Manager with the following main responsibilities:Participates in new product industrialization to equip the production process with all tools needed to guarantee the expected output in terms of quality, efficiency, and costs.

Analyses and proposes improvements to existing processes within Lean Production and Industry 4.0 programs.

Supports the production center manager and OOE coordinator to develop and monitor continuous improvement projects with an impact on the production process.

Participates in quality circles and contributes through Problem Solving tools (Root cause analysis, 5 why's, etc.) to definitive solutions for non-quality issues.

Supports Service Engineers and center managers in maintenance management and in the introduction of TPM.


Requirements:
Fluency in Italian and English.
Degree in mechanical engineering or similar.
Planning and organization skills.
Communication skills.
