On behalf of our client, a global leader focused on the agriculture and construction businesses, we are looking for a:

Parts Logistics Engineering Manager:

The Parts Logistics Engineering Manager will be responsible to lead the study and implementation of solutions to empower Parts Warehouses - Distribution Centers operations, as key element in the pursue of excellent service levels to our customers.

Scope is the end to end process of order fulfilment and distribution from goods receiving, to packaging, to storage, picking, order preparation, order storage up to outbound and distribution to final Customers.

Accountable for Sustainability and Excellence in the Levels of Service through World Class Logistics, Warehouses network design and innovation, Packaging.

MAIN ACTIVITIES:
Lead continuous improvement of the productivity related to Parts receipts, storage and distribution management in the group; Warehouse network design and optimization, harmonization and optimization of warehouse and shipping processes; Analysis and improvement of the warehouse flow, layouts and processing areas, picking andsequencing zones; Lead automation projects enabling higher productivity in goods management and storage; Match technologies and working methods with return on investments evaluations; Lead the improvement of the packaging environment, especially with focus on sustainability; Start and establish a packaging development program, the technical specifications, the main plans by supporting all the departments involved; Participate in strategic and site-based intra-logistics projects; REQUIREMENTS:

Degree in Automation Engineering, Logistics, Economics Proven track record working with the hardware side of automation solutions Holistic approach to developing packaging, from the supplier to customers and full life cycle of the packages Proven material understanding and experience with sustainable packaging development and innovation Solid understanding of how to handle material flow solutions within warehousing and logistics Good knowledge of relevant IT systems and tools associated with this area Experience within project and vendor management know how to successfully lead the change and implementation management Understanding of key performance measurements used to plan, follow up and steer the business with a customer-centric approach Great communication skills, with fluent English, both spoken and in written.
