Typical responsibilities may include:
Direct customer support and service.
Recommending tools/scripts/processes to improve the speed and quality of operational support.
Analyzing support workflows and making suggestions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Managing time according to customer demand and any service level agreements (SLAs).Maintaining and executing standard operating procedures for common situations.

Monitor, maintain and upgrade the infrastructureand systems that power the CCoE, ensuringwe meet published SLAs and ensure stability and security across the CCoE.Identifying and acting to remove obstacles to delivering consistently high levels of service.

*EP *TE Minimum Qualifications5 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 3 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 0 years experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 9 years relevant experience.

Previous experience supportingIT operations in a Cloud environment (preferably AWS).Ability to effectivelycommunicate (orally andwritten) to multiple levels of team members and customers.

Desire to work as a team player to improve customer support and satisfaction.
Ability toquickly organize work and execute based on priority.

Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience working in a DevSecOps/DevOps environment. Previous experience with Agile/Scrum frameworks. Experience with Jira and Jira Service Desk. Understanding of NIST Compliance. Physical RequirementsAdequate visual acuity and manual dexterity for meeting the requirements Software Engineer family.
