La nuova holding svolge la funzione di capogruppo di due grandi realtà come il Gruppo Comifar, leader della distribuzione intermedia e ADMENTA Italia, leader di mercato nel settore delle farmacie. In questo modo,

, con 25 magazzini,
sia nel settore retail
, con oltre 1.000 farmacie di proprietà e in franchising sul territorio e un milione di cittadini serviti ogni mese. Una posizione di privilegio per sostenere e aumentare la qualità delle soluzioni e l'eccellenza dei servizi nel mercato italiano.
Posizione:
Il ruolo è focalizzato sul supportare la gestione dei processi di acquisto, negoziando prezzi e ottimizzando i fabbisogni per le categorie di spesa, con focus principale su imballi e servizi di soft facilities. Il candidato contribuirà alla costruzione e al miglioramento dei processi di centralizzazione degli acquisti e collaborerà alla definizione del budget annuale e al monitoraggio della spesa.
Responsabilità:
- Sviluppa e implementa iniziative di ottimizzazione dei prezzi e dei volumi, in collaborazione con le diverse funzioni aziendali;
- Analizza costantemente il mercato per identificare opportunità di riduzione dei costi e proporre soluzioni di acquisto più efficienti;
- Collabora con le varie funzioni aziendali per definire i fabbisogni, costruire i budget e sviluppare strategie di approvvigionamento, supportando nelle negoziazioni con i fornitori;
- Collabora con i fornitori per sviluppare soluzioni innovative ed efficienti;
- Elabora analisi e reportistica sui costi e sui consumi, monitorando l'andamento dei costi rispetto ai budget pianificati e aggiornando i tool di tracciatura.
Requisiti:
- Integrità e capacità di lavorare in modo etico e trasparente;
- Flessibilità e adattabilità in un ambiente dinamico e ricco di stimoli;
- Precisione e attenzione ai dettagli;
- Curiosità, intraprendenza e attitudine a proporre soluzioni innovative;
- Conoscenza avanzata di Excel e buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office (PowerPoint);
- Conoscenza intermedia della lingua inglese;
- Laurea in Ingegneria Gestionale.
