We are looking for a
:SALESMAN.WOMAN full time (permanent contract) in Montebelluna

Within a dynamic team, and reporting to the Store Manager, your main mission will be to provide customers with the best quality of service by collecting and satisfying their needs and wishes, thus allowing them to appreciate the full potential of the Brand, and to increase their loyalty through appropriate communication and in accordance with the values and culture of the Rossignol Group.

In this capacity, you will be in charge of:

Sales:

Serving the customer in accordance with the Group's sales processes,
Provide an impeccable customer service by welcoming, listening and accompanying the customer beyond his needs, while demonstrating an excellent knowledge of ski and boot products, as well as the history of the Group and its heritage
Ensure crossselling and upselling for all product categories.
Discuss and advise the customer on general trends and developments in the sportswear market, while demonstrating passion for skis and boots
Establish and strengthen relationships with the customer, according to the different nationalities and personalities, and put the customer at ease.
Participate in the visual presentation of ski and boot products in accordance with the Group's visual standards.
Foster open and constructive communication with team members, collaborate and propose efficient solutions.
Ensure the achievement of individual and collective objectives, improve and develop the business
Maintain and set up the store in accordance with corporate policy and procedures
Ensure product replenishment and physical inventory of goods

Management of the cash register:

Ensure customer information is updated and maintained in accordance with company tools (CRM) to retain the customer and identify potential new customers
Ensure product registration and collection

Management of the ski laboratory:

5 years or more of experience of managing a ski laboratory
Be able to tune skis using machinery
Be an expert on all ski tuning characteristics
If possible, have experience using automatic machines : Montana / Wintersteiger

You have experience in a similar position within a Retail Fashion or Sportswear company.

You have a taste for challenge, you are driven by the desire to pursue and even exceed individual and collective objectives.

Passionate about fashion and sportswear, you have a very good knowledge of fashion and sportswear products.

You have excellent commercial awareness and knowledge of customer behavior, and you know how to adapt to the cultural differences of customers.

You are a team player with strong communication skills.

Fluency in English is mandatory and Italian.
