    La risorsa prescelta, a riporto del Responsabile dell'Ufficio Gare, collaborerà con il team gare e con i vari team di riferimento (Sales, Delivery, R&D, ecc.) per la partecipazione a Gare Pubbliche e Private nel settore Healthcare IT.Nello Specifico si occuperà di:Coordinare un team inter-aziendale, a composizione variabile, incaricato della predisposizione di risposte a gare di appalto, con particolare riferimento ad aspetti di natura tecnica.Redigere contenuti progettuali, in collaborazione con la struttura commerciale e gli esperti, interni ed esterni all'Azienda, coinvolti nella definizione della soluzione tecnica e dei servizi correlati.Realizzare delle attività connesse alla procedura assegnata; Analizzare e studiare la documentazione di gara con individuazione di eventuali criticità e redazione dei quesiti da porre ai fini della partecipazione; Fornire indicazionie istruzioni al team di offertaInterfacciarsi anche con partner esterni per coordinare i contributi e definire le tempisticheIl candidato ideale possiede le seguenti caratteristiche:6-8 anni di esperienza nel settore Sanità di cui almeno 4 nel ruolo di Project Manager, di Service Manager e/o Bid managementEsperienza pregressa in qualità di Project Manager in ambito Sanità, preferibilmente su area tecnica.Diploma o Laurea ad indirizzo economico, gestionale o informaticoPreferibile aver conseguito certificazioni di Project Manager / Service ManagerCapacità di gestione delle priorità e del tempo per essere conformi all'esecuzione di offerte e gareOttima capacità di scrittura ed esposizione di offerte tecnicheBuone doti relazionali, organizzative e pianificazioneFlessibilità nella gestione di picchi di lavoroPrecisione e cacapità di analisiAltre informazioniLa professionalità richiesta consente piena operatività in smart working ma, per le attività da svolgere, non si esclude la necessità di dover lavorare presso la propria sede di riferimento o in trasferta#J-18808-Ljbffr
