Obiettivi e modalità di svolgimento
Riferimento per la gestione delle escursioni di temperatura ricevute dai customer e valutazione dell'impatto sui lotti rilasciati in collaborazione con lo specialista reclami e con la Qualified Person di stabilimento.
Supporto nella gestione della ricezione dei reclami da parte dei clienti e nell'esecuzione dei trend e nella elaborazione dei dati specifici per i reclami.
Gestione del processo di archiviazione dei documenti di area.
La risorsa verrà inserita nell'ambito della struttura di Operational Quality Supporting Function & Customer Complaint in un percorso di addestramento sui requisiti GMP.

Requisiti di base:
- Student* o Laureat
- Magistrale in Chimica, CTF, Farmacia, Biologia, Biotecnologie, Chimica Industriale
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (scritta)
- Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office (in particolare Excel)
- Capacità organizzativa, precisione e puntualità
- Spirito di iniziativa e intraprendenza
Requisiti preferibili:
- Predisposizione al problem solving;
- Flessibilità mentale;
- Predisposizione a lavorare per obiettivi;
- Buone capacità relazionali e di lavoro in team
