    Main tasks:

    • Conceiving, planning and implementing events for the Museion audience, with a focus on the exhibitions and the Museion collection
    • Coordinating autonomous and independent working groups, such as Museion Art Club Forum, to create formats that serve to promote the region's subcultures
    • Managing venue hire for cultural events
    • Managing the necessary permits for events with various institutions (preparation and exchange)
    • Managing event content for the website and/or various online platforms
    • Organizing and preparing presentations for events
    • General support to the department manager Requirements:
    • Several years' experience (minimum of two years) in project or event management, preferably in the field of arts and culture (university degree is a plus)
    • Knowledge of local cultural projects and institutions
    • Interest in new trends in urban areas with emphasis on music, art, and entertainment
    • Open and communicative personality
    • Knowledge of MS-Office, business skills, excellent ability to organize and coordinate teams with diverse needs
    • Fluent command of Italian, English and German language We offer:
