    Captain and Senior Officer Roles for Upgrades with Unrestricted ATPL

    Marathon Airlines is expanding its E190 operations, seeking experienced pilots to join our team. Our fleet vision includes the introduction of Embraer E2 aircraft in 2027, offering long-term European ACMI growth opportunities.

    Fleet Vision:

    • 6 Embraer E1 aircraft are currently under development.
    • We plan to introduce Embraer E2 aircraft by 2027.

    We welcome both EASA and ICAO license holders. Marathon Airlines operates as an EASA operator and offers a stable environment for career progression.

    As part of our expansion, we have open positions for captains, senior first officers (upgrade track), and first officers with unrestricted ATPL or CPL licenses.

    To be eligible, you must have a valid Class 1 medical certificate, hold an ICAO English Level 4 or higher qualification, and possess strong operational discipline and a professional mindset. If selected, you will participate in🚫our structured Command Upgrade Program based on performance
